Best Amp Futures Platform?

Sierra is the way to go but lately the way their engineering team has been acting has given me some pause.
they've always been a bit rude which is fine but their emotional tantrums as of late are those of a 8 year-old. they've always been a bit out of whack.
for example, when alex jones got his youtube channel removed, they sticked a post on their support forum ranting about how we need to stand up and fight against censorship by globalists and then deleted it. i assume b/c they were either embarrassed or knew it would turn off a lot of potential customers.
i suspect they are hard-core libertarian folks (see: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PurchaseInformation.php - All Sierra Chart service balances are backed by 100 percent physical gold fully owned by Sierra Chart with no liabilities. While these balances are normally small and generally this is little significance in most cases, Sierra Chart does believe in gold and silver as real money and believes in a free-market money system without central banking.)
this is no big deal since i care more about the product than the people behind it. but lately, they've been going on an emotional crusade against all external trading services like CQG Rithmic CTS and TT b/c people have been experiencing chart stuttering/price lag when connecting to Rithmic or CQG with Sierracharts, myself included. it's particularly bad with Rithmic especially.
they are "110%" sure this is CQG/Rithmic's fault and have basically declared war on these external data/trading services by announcing they'll be dropping all further technical support for them in 2020. in the meantime, they're trying to get everyone to move to their own order routing solution and their own datafeed.
but their datafeed for non-CME exchanges like Eurex or Hkex is a high-latency feed from Barchart, which itself gets it from CQG lol. it's no different from just getting it from cqg via AMP (actually, it's better to get it directly via cqg if you live outside the US b/c it's lower latency). they also are missing some of the major foreign futures exchanges like ose(jpx), asx, and sgx, all of which are offered by AMP via CQG so Sierrachart's datafeed isn't even a true alternative if you trade globally.
more importantly, even once they have a fully-working order routing solution, how many brokers/clearing firms would be willing to incorporate it? why should brokers/clearing firms risk supporting a completely new order routing solution available to only users of one specific platform when there are already time-tested, well-established order routing solutions by CQG, TT, Rithmic, and CTS, all of which are supported by multiple platforms?

Interesting comments on Sierra. Sierra does seem to be a superior platform, but I'm stuck with Ninjatrader 8, which have been a major disappointment. If I weren't 'married' to NT8 and having used it forever with multiple custom indicators coded for it, I'd find something else probably.
Just wondering if there's a charting software that allows me to assign a name to a drawn object like trendline or price level. Suppose I name the trendline as "TL". This will be used to trigger buy/sell alert once price crosses above or below (eg. buy when cross above TL; sell when cross below TL). Something like that.
fkna. They should just charge more for the platform, and solve their problems. This data thing is scaring people.
Concerns - recent intense rudeness and emotional outbursts are not professional, prudent, or indicative of ongoing reliability. And... who are they? There is literally no info at all in "About Us". Privacy should be respected, but it is understood that it pretty much drills down to one guy. That's it, one stressed out guy. What are SC's going concern plans as a business? How much would it cost to buy them and have someone run it like a business?
