Well, for the most part of the am session this was a trading range matching yesterday´s range (see 1000tick chart) and with the market not finding trades above/below the boundaries and going back to the mean.

This is market just after Unemployment data release.
Prices and areas that I will be watching are marked on the charts.
Yellen testimony continues today and there could be some volatility at RTH open.
 
I was scared by the volatility today and I did not handle it well. Just two trades. Sure SLA should have allowed me to re enter after exiting the short, but since I was scared by the range of the waves-bars and not really calm and focused, I decided to stay aside and just watch.
