Zdreg thanks for the info on Harris. When i started trading we were good pals and he taught me lots of stuff. We traded the whole day together by ourselves or in a great room I think supplied by Baron. Im no longer actively tradeing. I watch harris make 12 15 18k and be mesmerized as I was a nubie and Harris had 1 superior ability-I believed unmatcheed by any one with Elite. Only his cockinesss could bring him down-which maybe it did. Nimbility if thats a word. He'd could get out when there was no way. And he could do it at max. speed. I often wrote about his abilities but also had to tell him not to get on line and tell people he trades better loaded--a full night of partying--- and straight into his trading chair--or I just would no longer support him. He was young -student--he had huge balls even to mention the drinking thing --lol. I wish him only the best as it made for an exciting trading day

Flytiger- just lost my whole post praising your perfect post. Yeah I'll do it tomorrow. The looters have a good bit of time to continue stealing as we perhaps need to hire kids out of school pay them great money and let them be our heros. As we take down a firm, send real smart guys in who know what the firm was doing, so we dont damage the country. These shitheads have a while longer with no fear. I owned a niteclub in NYC for almost 3 years. I'd do parties for these exact guys and always have to suffer great physical damage as they'ed get drunk and kick in the bathroom walls, etc. So help me never did I experience such blatent outright smugness as with the wealthier trading group.
For the record I never once defended using HFT to trade against your own order flow. I also have never once defended Bernie Madoff or any ponzi scheme. 777 had been asked many times in other threads about specific issues, all of which he ignored only to post cartoons and pictures and call people names. In this thread I see he is starting to do the same.
I donât agree with suicide at all and I generally think that taking your own life is a cowardly act. In this instance, without making him a martyr, has anyone taken a step back to think that by sacrificing his life he gave his family financial security and the ability to move on and start a new life?
