In the last 3 elections From Jan to Nov head to head polls consistently showed Obama,Obama and Hillary getting the most votes.
You poll is a month old. The oddsmakers and bettors take a much more dynamic approach to probabilities than old or even current polls. The odds makers and bettors handicap the future and tend to anticipate upcoming developments to a degree.
I know which source of probability I’d rather have on my side.

Another way to look at it is Trump was a significant underdog to Hillary, now Trump is a significant favorite and the Democrats do not have a candidate as strong as Hillary was to run against him, implying a landslide is in the works, especially when considering Trump recent big gains with Independents.
