Once the Socialists get in, we’ll never get them out.
This bit about Bernie running strong is mixed bag.
Biden definitely has a Bernie problem (I think we can agree on that at this point)
And so does the dem party. Having a 78 year old socialist who just had a heart attack heading up your ticket is not without its problems, eh.
So there is the problem of Bernie running so strong.
But then there is also the problem of Bernie not really running as strong as some think. He has what, 25-26% -ish in the first two primaries? When he was more like 60% the last time he ran in N.H. He is out there recycling the same old soviet era messages year after year. The tards will pipe up and say they took all these seats in 2018 (no more than in any other off-year, and less than many). But 39 out of 40 of those dems who were elected rejected medicare for all and dropped back to "public option" to get elected. Yet we have Bernie still going full steam with medicare for all, my way or the highway stuff.
What a truly unstable mess things are in the dem party.

There are reports that Bernie Sanders got as much as 40% of the votes in Iowa. Iowa, until now has not figured out who won and by how much, how many days now after the election? There is probably, a lot of hanky panky the Democrats engaged in cheating Bernie Sanders in Iowa. Not a Bernie Sanders fan but, I am happy he is grabbing a good portion of the delegates. The ultimate test is Super Tuesday, March 3 where thousands of delegates will be awarded.
Yes. This whole thing is coming up extremely fast. Yet, as I said yesterday, the media and some of the candidates are wayyyy behind the curve. Joe is talking about dicking around in South Carolina as though everyone in the SuperTuesday states is just going to say "oh sign me up for whatever SC does, they have some black folks and we do too." Ahhh, no. And the Booty and Klobo are just beginning to think about Nevada, let alone SC and the SuperTuesday states.
Hellooooo. do they need to have Yang show them a litte math and how many days it is between today and March 3, when a full one third of the delegates nationwide will be up for vote. Meanwhile, Klobo who is the latest superstar of the month is trying to find Nevada on a map and figure out if she has enough money to buy a Greyhound Bus ticket to get there. Yet she may get quite a few supertuesday votes simply because people heard somewhere that she was the latest thing and they have no idea who to turn to. Bernie, ahh no. Biden. nope. Booty, somewhat unless you are black. Tom Stey, nope. Bloomy, somewhat unless you are black. Warren, some in small doses.

The only way Bernie wins SC is if Pub's vote for him. I guess that's the plan huh? Hmph. I bet the Biden camp isn't real happy with that rule.
As I have said before, unlike Bernie, I dont think it makes any difference whatsoever in the long run if he wins or loses SC. If he wins in SC it will be only because he will have spend all his time and money and limited energy there right before SuperTuesday, thus ensuring that his neglect of those states will take him even lower. We know that his entire campaign message consists of sentences that have a noun, a verb, and "South Carolina" in them. If he is running to be President of South Carolina, he is following a good strategy.
Joe disagrees with this and firmly believes that any state that has any blacks will follow the smoke signals from their black brothers and sisters in SC if he has a win there it will automatically cross-pollinate over to all the Super Tuesday states. IT'S FRIGGING NUTS. It's the worst goddam campaign strategy since Rudy Guiliani decided that Florida was the only state he needed to win to be elected.
Joe's strategy with blacks cross-pollinating to other states might have some merit in states where he already had support from whites and was just trying to firm up more of the black vote but he has not done that in most of the SuperTuesday or earlier states. We have nutcase tards here on the forum too that argue every day all Joe needs is the black vote. NO. He and any other candidate need to do well with whites and then get the black vote too. To say that you can't win without the black vote is not the same as saying that you can win with just the black vote. Why are the tards so stupid?
