Gnome, I started the thread, remember? I'm interested to know what, exactly, marketsurfer likes about Bernanke. We have so much to learn from marketsurfer. He has a fascinating mind, and I have no doubt that any neurological institute would gladly accept him as a living donor.
It is obvious the Federal Reserve should be abolished. They are forced to make moves by the likes of the Japanese Gov and Bill Gross. The Japs keep yen low, their car companies have been pushing oil price higher and higher, consequently their car co's can flood the world. The federal reserve were sleeping all thru subprime mess plus tech crash. Apparently there's a full page ad in wall street journal on how going off gold standard has let these morons run over americans.
