I don't disagree that the career hacks have made a mess of things and I'd certainly like to see more people come from the private sector, perhaps a military professional, though that's a rare breed that isn't just a politician in uniform.
Mr. Carson just doesn't do it for me. Puts me to sleep listening to him. I just can't see the guy as the so-called, leader of the free world. Of the current line up, Paul is the most thoughtful. He has no chance. Trump is a double edged sword and falls squarely into the be careful what you wish for category. I like Cruz, though he's a wee bit too much kiss the ass of the evangelical wing for my taste, but he's more than qualified. Christie has some baggage, but I'd vote for him over most of the rest of the current line up. Rubio? I guess in a pinch. Carly? I don't dismiss her like some do, but she has zero chance, so what's the point of debating her qualifications? Kasich? Not my cup of tea. The Huck? Straight forward enough, but a religious nut, which disqualifies him for me. Bush? Not just no, but hell no. The rest? All non starters.
One thing for sure. They got their hands full trying to overcome a rigged game heavily slanted towards another idiot leftist. Country is full of screwballs, and the stupid are breeding like flies. Hate to say it, but unless someone has film of Hillary giving a BJ to some terrorist while he's chopping off heads, she is going to win.
