Sarah Palin ‘seriously interested’ in 2016 run

Former Alaska governor and GOP Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin said Friday that she is “seriously interested” in seeking the presidency in 2016.

“You can absolutely say that I am seriously interested,” Ms. Palin told The Washington Post on Saturday, adding that she stood by comments she made Thursday in Las Vegas to ABC News, where she first hinted at a 2016 run.

“I am. As I said yesterday, I’m really interested in the opportunity to serve at some point,” Ms. Palin said Friday.

“It is a significant step, of course, for anyone to publicly announce that they’re interested. Who wouldn’t be interested? Who wouldn’t be interested when they have been blessed with opportunities to speak about what is important to this country and for this country?” Ms. Palin said.

Ms. Palin made the comments just hours before she was scheduled to speak at the Iowa Freedom Summit, a conservative gathering hosted by Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King.

Carson doesn't believe in evolution, doesn't think gays should be allowed to marry, and compares them to pedophiles, and he's an AGW skeptic. He's stupid in all the ways the moron right are. That's why they like him.

He told the crowd that he's vehemently against the federal government diving further into health care. "Even if it worked," he said, he would oppose it.

I wouldn't mind giving any one of those a shot... ANYONE who would "put America first". Our last 2 presidents have put themselves first... we can't take much more of that.

Hey, we "gave the half-black guy a shot" (actually, we gave him TWO... man was that a mistake)... out of the racist guilt we wanted to deny or rationalize, you know... to show how "non-racist we wanted to be perceived as being".. and look where it got us!

Let's hope we never fuck up THAT again!!
