I work as an options trading assistant in NYC and I am hoping to move to Chicago when I graduate. I have an interview soon with Belvedere trading. Since I am not from the area, if anyone can tell me about their reputation and if they think they are good firm to start a career at.

They are an outstanding firm, imo.

I know a few equity and index options market makers at Ronin and Prime. Tough place to be right now. Very efficient markets, very very small edge, not much left after the capital (financing) and exchange costs are factored.
