Being the Only Miami Condo Occupier In A New 32 Story Building

I live in miami beach. My building has very high security with cameras up the ass.

Squatters have no chance of moving into those vacant condos.

Condo security here in Miami's high end condos are very strict about who is coming thru their building's doors. The condos that are vacant are being strongly advertised for rent...with a just a trickle of interest from potential renters, if the rent price is low enough.

P.S. I used to be a realtor here in Miami(1995-2004) and I can tell you this......the condo market in miami is going to be deflated for a long time.....too many damn new condos!!
 
And the other building is only 15% occupied.......

I hope no one here feels bad for this guy, how he didnt see this collapse coming is beyond me, who the hell would want to live in a 32 story by themself, talk about being depressing.


You have to sit and think about how much corruption and greed was behind that real estae boom. There are people out there now thinking the worse is behind and that good times are coming back, how can a story like that actually convince anyone that the good times are here again, DUMB FOOLS.


The economy is turning around, it really is, how could the dumb stuid bulls believe any of this, sell the bear market rally and wait for the market collapse to jump back in.
