I live in miami beach. My building has very high security with cameras up the ass.
Squatters have no chance of moving into those vacant condos.
Condo security here in Miami's high end condos are very strict about who is coming thru their building's doors. The condos that are vacant are being strongly advertised for rent...with a just a trickle of interest from potential renters, if the rent price is low enough.
P.S. I used to be a realtor here in Miami(1995-2004) and I can tell you this......the condo market in miami is going to be deflated for a long time.....too many damn new condos!!
