Beginning trader needs to plot SMA of HIGH/SMA LOW, and SMA of MOMENTUM

I'm looking for a cheap software package or web site that allows me to create moving averages of the high, low, etc. and also create an SMA of momentum

Can anyone give me recos and prices?

newbie needs this.
