The UK indicated today that there will be no vaccine passports and they will be ending their lockdowns.

That leaves just New Zealand, Australia and the United States that persist in being tyrannical assholes.

What I will say is interesting is that Americans actually favor vaccine mandates at work and school over mask mandates.
