You do know that bear markets end, yes? Don't be a bear caught in a trap when this ends, or you will give up your bear-market gains. Keep a close eye on Fed speak.

i shorted the stonk market in the morning of 5/20/22 and got paid. Then watch spy reverse in the afternoon but didn’t trade…just waiting patiently…let see what next week will bring…stay tune….

yup...there is a high probability that more bottom is on the way depending how long this recession will last...some predict end of 2023 will be the bottom...we will see...stay tune.
