I have tried to download think or swim, although I am based in England and they do not allow certain countries, anyone know of how to get round this or any other recommended platforms for the British?

That happened recently and for EU citizens mostly (?) ;
try rededit or quara for this question, hmnn.

IB a has a decent demo, (tho the fill time for orders might get way toooo long, even with market orders), ninja trader and DasTraderPro (2 weeks free trial).

If you dig deeper on google, maybe there's more, that you could try.

Some of them are web-browser type.

Like most things, what you get out of a thing is directly related to what you put in. This forum is full of genuine traders willing to help. But people don't like feeling like their time is being wasted. Your initial question smacks of "hey guys, can you tell me how I can get rich quick?"
