Well, some got lucky and got bought out at par long ago, some got ripped off by the closed end mgmt co's that issued the bonds to finance their leverage, and some sold in the third mkt at losses.
Good news for some. Etrade has bent over and agreed to make whole anyone that bought one of these manipulated frauds from them
