i love Guinness but only on tap. The bottled is not nearly as good for some reason (maybe carbonation?)

Watch a Guinness once poured from the tap ..it "settles" like some miniature geologic experiment.

Well ... the "Night-Stick Grog" stout is finished and tasted.

Damn it is good! Needs another 2 weeks to get the carbon up ...

Strong brew. Must be at about 8.5% ... just a tad of the "winey" taste.
