Beer, which is your favorite???

St Ambrose Macasland Oatmeal Stout, very good on tap. Brewed by a microbrewery in Montreal. Just a warning that it is not very good out of a bottle

Angkhor regular & dark (Cambodia) .... the dark easily flogs all English beers incl. Guiness :)


these recent brews will probably last a few decades or lifetimes :)

And as always just one large bottle is all it takes; anything beyond that is an overrrun, so rarely done and always regretted it. :)

Correct! :) Rainier's Ale (not sure about its origin) top-notch stuff; packs a good wollop.

Never mind TraderJoe's, its like kindergarten for BEER compared to Barney's Beanery on Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA.

Interesting how personal taste varies. I bought some of this in bottle once and thought it was one of the worst I'd ever tasted. Of course, could be much diffeernt if on tap and fresh.

I also tried Rolling Rock for the first time on draft in DC. Thought it was pretty good, so bought some in bottle when I got home. Made me BARF! Now I know why they call it Pennsylvania Panther Piss.
 
Going back a few years there wasn't any Hamm's beer in NY. I brought some back in a cardboard suitcase from Chicago. The suit case held exactly 30 cans perfectly. When the suitcase went through the scanner it looked like 30 canisters of tnt.
