I haven't been able to read that into anything I've written. Sorry. But nevertheless it is point perhaps not totally devoid of merit, so congratulations for coming up with it on your own. A better point however is that had the Judge not taken into account the transgressions of the Military's Commander and Chief, then Bergdahl would have got what he seems to have deserved, judging from the outside, but the military justice system would have been made a co-victim along side those injured looking for Bergdahl. The Judge found a way to avoid this.Nice theories about how Berghahl is the true victim here
