I haven't been able to read that into anything I've written. Sorry. But nevertheless it is point perhaps not totally devoid of merit, so congratulations for coming up with it on your own. A better point however is that had the Judge not taken into account the transgressions of the Military's Commander and Chief, then Bergdahl would have got what he seems to have deserved, judging from the outside, but the military justice system would have been made a co-victim along side those injured looking for Bergdahl. The Judge found a way to avoid this.

However, during that same period Obama and his underlings collectively promoted a narrative that said that he had "served with honor and disctinction." Need I remind you that Obama was also Commander in Chief at that time. DO YOU, BY CHANCE, THINK THAT THAT TOO POSSIBLY INFLUENCED POTENTIAL JURORS AND THE PUBLIC THAT HE WAS NOT GUILTY OF DESERTION AND MISBEHAVIOR BEFORE THE ENEMY. HOW IS THAT ANY FRIGGING DIFFERENT THAN TRUMP GIVING HIS OPINION THAT HE WAS GUILTY??????? Did that bother you too?

Reports of Bergdahl's performance would have originated in in the army near the command level, Not with Obama's level, whose administration would simply depend on the information passed to them. I would be a good idea to shift your brain out of neutral and into gear.

Really. Well sounds like there needs to be a process to look at all these things before you even make a prisoner swap. What was the level that Obama depended upon when he decided to violate the law by excluding congress?

One could fairly easily make a case that it was in fact Obama who created an excessive atmosphere of vitriol around Bergdahl in advance of his trial/investigation by unlawfully executing a prison swap of Taliban leaders. Put your brain in gear and give that some thought.

As it turns out I am cursed with seeing them both with acuity. And what I see is a 'huge' difference, 'bigly', 'believe me!'. In fact, 'it's the greatest difference in the history of the Country,' 'everyone says so', 'believe me!', 'Get'em Outahere!'
