Then they ask what's wrong with the black community. The fact is black kids are terrified to act anything other than like a savage for fear of being shunned or worse. In this case, worse.

A 16-year-old high school girl in Rock Hill, S.C. told police that another high school girl taunted her on a school bus and then beat her up after she got off the bus. The assailant allegedly was angry at the victim because she was behaving “too much like a white person.”
Both the alleged attacker and the victim are black, reports The State, a Columbia, S.C. newspaper.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon on a bus carrying students who attend Northwestern High School.
The unidentified assault victim, 16, told investigators she exited the bus on McDow Drive, a winding street dotted with small ranch-style houses. Shortly after she got off the bus, she said, her attacker violently punched her a bunch of times, then fled the scene.
A Rock Hill police report notes that witnesses told the same basic story.
The police report also indicates that the student who got beat up suffered numerous injuries including a serious cut above her right eye.
An ambulance transported the girl to a local hospital for treatment.

That's what a zealot would do. One who thinks well would wait for further evidence before jumping to conclusions. But then you wouldn't know anything about that.

This scenario is all too common. Black kids get terrorized on a daily basis for not towing the "negro script." If you bring books home from school, you're teased and even jumped on for "acting white." If you don't follow the in-crowd and keep to yourself (which is most likely the case with the victim in this case), you're told that you think you're better than them and you become a target for harassment and violence. If you speak correct English, same consequence. If you don't wear name brand clothes, same consequence. Grow up avoiding legal trouble, doing well in school, getting a job at a young age, etc., same consequence.

I wish some white liberal would try to tell me, an actual black person who grew up in these conditions, that this stuff doesn't happen. I wish you delusional motherfuckers would.....

They guy said that white people didn't like being in the minority and that things like different music at the games might help bring more white people out to Hawks games, because the rap and hip hop music doesn't reflect the values of white people. So the prevailing wisdom is that these are deplorable statements and he needs to leave or be kicked out.

The inset to the story at espn is where sports writer J. A. Adande says that white owners don't reflect the views of the black community and so there needs to be more blacks owners.

Isn't that curious. Adande feels free to say the same exact thing about whites that the Hawks owner said about blacks and Adande's scalp isn't being requested.
