Bears back finally? S&P drops to near 3000

Hmmm... all bullish trades yesterday, and my account gained 3.5%. All bullish trades today, and now at noon I am up 2.5% more, with half the day left to go. The only bears around here are fuzzy little teddy bears, I think. The big loser, FB. I even dumped it at a nice profit before it went nose over. This is like a dartboard market. You can throw a dart to pick the next stock to trade, if you are going long. 5 random picks, and you get a nice day.

Waiting for the other shoe to drop, but not holding my breath over it.

Cdn gold/silver miners doing reasonably well but not nearly as well yet as metal prices might suggest. Might be a breakout in progress.

Right, GDX strong yesterday re gold.

Bought just 1k of inverses premkt to start long weekend hold bear play in case selling accelerates; will scale up into tomorrow's close likely 10k+ if Thursday eod is near 2d low

Yeah me too, shaken out of daytrading entries on chop TZA etc, inverses did decent bounces after early drop but choppy, took out trailing stops. Still in SDOW, SRTY, will enter UVXY if bounces.


Will keep small swings open over weekend.

Big moves up earlier in CCL DAL

GUSH and BYND are killing me but I can't dump them until tomorrow due to PDT. But APT, FB, TQQQ keeping my head out of the water. APT did a good flagpole. If it consolidates it will probably flagpole again and give someone a nice little 3 bar scalp.
 
Still over +1% for the day so far, but I would have done twice as good if I hadn't been lured away by BYND and GUSH after my selloff this morning. But BYND is a real wildcard. It could well head for the moon. Meanwhile looks like oil ETFs and most oil company stocks would have been a good bear opportunity for you, Ken.
 
Nailed it in pivot longs today UVXY TZA SDOW :D

I also made a winning FAZ call for my live room members but didn't trade it. Nice moves. Glad I listened to hafez re better to daytrade vs swing these, thx. Going cash eod daily now in main account.
