Over 2 million jobs lost in 4 months and you call it a mental recession? Fannie freddie AIG wachovia countrywide bear stearns lehman all gone and its a fake credit crisis? the market looks very far ahead. Huge funds with proprietary information are biding up stocks in anticipation of potentially years of economic growth. 2 million jobs lost may seem like a lot if you ignore the fact that the US workforce consist of 150 million people.
