Fellas, there is one other likely alternative scenario, one so sneaky, so devilish, so naughty. ......

From 3/26 top, you see the 3 waves going into 3/27 low, right? Then came the current rally.

So the other possibility I am referring to is wherea Wave subdivides. So instead of what appears to be a 3-wave move (3/26 to 3/27), it could be a 1-2 and then a sub divide again into a 1-2.

Holy Tamale, if the above is true, then we are in Wave 3, the killer wave I spoke of in sooooo many posts here, because when a wave subdivides it is a god given signal of tremendous power about to be unleashed.

What am. I smoking? Hahaha. Bloody Hell, if this plays out, SPY is on the verge of a dive that will be truly froy-tening. Under the bed is best place to hide.

Make Vix your friend. Best leading indicator in existence. Professor of Finance, Charles Bassetti of GGU in California, yeah the same magnificent fellow who wrote the TA bible, TA of stock trends, has told me at least 3 times that Vix is worthless.

I like this Professor, he's agood technician, but I believe he is very wrong here.

Jesus H Christ, just looking at Monthly Vix for starters, its froy-tening to gaze at the triple bottom, rounding bottoms, saucer, cup with a handle. Vix 24 and Vix 46 are key Levels.

Monthly Vix will be spoken about profusely by historians as it is clear to me is an AMERICAN/UK empire busting pattern.

BEAR will rise from the sheer static pressure built up in this pattern. As per Bernoulli's equation, when the northbound move gets underway in earnest, that static pressure will decrease as the other component comes alive, namely kinetic which is 1/2 x density x velocity squared. Yikes!

At the party all the Market Inducators were there. Ginger Baker (Macd), Eric Clapton (RSI), Jack Bruce (ROC) and others including a host of moving averages and crossovers and whatnot. All remarkable chaps no doubt.

But then PRICE (as in true Price action) showed up. Clapton was humiliated.

No indicator can stand in the same room as Price and not be eclipsed.

After soooooooo much confusion regarding the 2018/2019 top, finally the Professor of Finance after yakety yaking, confusing his followers with this and that, finally upon my suggestion, just drew a log scale trendline on Spx, DJI, DJT, NYA weekly. He came around. Game to Fibo.

Let's apply Warren Buffet's Law to one of the greatest stocks EVER

when there's blood in the street = buy. when there's euphoria = SELL

No blood, but euphoria in spades, like God, consensus is stock can never go down.

Therefore, as per Warren's Law, SELL.

But wait. SELL when? Warren's Law has no timing mechanism and as you have seen sooooo often, bullishness can get more and more and parabolic. So although Warren's Law is spectacular, it needs the timing component.

Enter Fibo, a simple man, so universally disliked and hated at ET, that he and he alone takes Warren's Law stratospheric just by adding simple TA.

This means as an Investor (not trader) you don't pay any attention to the stock for decades, just keep under mattress. Let it ride, let it ride for decades. On the monthly just keep your eye on the waves to the best of your ability. In the 5th WAVE you pay attention. For Mc Donald's that major 5th wave began 3/31/03. Easy target for 5th wave is W5 = W1 or 161.8%x W1. Hahahaha, we are there approx. TP 164 and enjoy. Its not the total top but you have no exit stampede to deal with. And the money would be big. You've been at the beach for 40 years, don't be so greedy, in the 5th wave its time to unload little by litle or all.

When it gets frothy in the 5th wave you will see heavy duty worship of the stock just like in Apple and Boeing.

Therefore all thru' the rest of 2007 you would have some heavy stuff is coming down. You would have had ample time to prepare for the inevitable disaster.
 
2018-2019 Crash:


Vix signal Feb 2, 2018 (weekly). very potent signal

XLF & KBW, just like NYA did not make the marginal higher high in Sept. 2018

And now today both XLF & KBW have tested, retested, then kissed the 200xday ema and are bolting south at breakneck speed.

KBW has crossed below 40 on RSI = Bear market resumption signal. XLF at RSI 40.76, so very close to resumption signal.
