LOL, exactly Fibo55 ; DOW theory is real helpful, as long as one has to realize it just has limits= it missed OCT crash of 1987;+ requires @ least 2 months or more than 2 months for trend change.
I dont really care that airplanes were not in old time DOW transports, i trade+ invest SPY +QQQ related more than DOW. LOL
Murray, coincidence you bringing up Dow Theory and 1987 crash. You say it MISSED the crash. Time to find out. So happens I’m reading Victor Sperandeo’s book right now and just read that Dow Theory said to be Short and HE WAS. Going to verify this NOW.

You poor fellow, sorry to confuse you. Bear Market of this magnitude is a 3-legged run = a wave A down (ended March 2009) followed by wave B up ended Jan 26, 2018. Now in Wave C down to complete the entire Bear. So, the entire run up from 2009 is a bear rally. Kapiche?
How I’m faring? Hahahaha I’m posting everything here soon after CNBC appearance, broker statement all of it. You will see not only bear trades but the Long ones too. In fact plan to throw a party after the December lows taken out for whoever wants to visit then see the documents live and online in my accounts. Big party. All invited.

Incorrect. Great Depression down was an ABC move not the move we are talking about now. Then came Bear Market drop into 1974. That completed waves 1, 2, 3, 4. So only one upwave left to go. That was the bull run from 1974 to Jan 2000. 5 waves completed. So then we got abc down into 2009, and now wave b into Jan 2018 top. Wave c down underway now.
Pour on the sarcasm, Overnight. For you there is only ONE cure = my brokerage and bank statement. The Herd is so set in their losing ways, can’t change so Boom & Bust goes on.
