Of course you can do very well using conventional wisdom, but its not the best approach (especially to intraday futures trading). I implore each person who is vehemently against the method to spend each trading day for 3 months doing exactly what is outlined on the thread. If you do this, you will then "see" what you cannot right now. If you choose not to try this, then you really shouldnt continue on with the bashing.

Interesting. Then again, one could logically conclude that since those that trade using Hershey's Methods represent the minority of individuals, the masses in the above quote refers those that don't trade using Hershey's Methods.

It doesnt really work this way, you will not know how or why he decides to hold or reverse b/c you have no context. You must learn how to create a context (channels and the like) and do it quickly in realtime so that signals for "change" or "continuation" become apparent. There are no shortcuts. You either see the potential of how price moves in channels and decide to learn or you dont (or are too lazy).

I've posted the charts or symbols the night before many, many times. I also used to post trade blotters and execution reports, until some decided to accuse me of front running the new folks or 'photoshopping' the results. Other's have posted trade execution reports and their account totals. easyrider, cnms2, mak, excav8tor gooch87, johnpinochet, chiefraven, Pr0crast, PointOne - the list goes on and on. Too many people make money trading these methods - real money - for anyone to claim the methods do not work.
If people don't want to take the time to distinguish reality from fantasy, fine by me. Unlike Jack, I have no plans to spend hours convincing anyone of anything.
