BE DO HAVE and Jack Hershey vs Objective Reality

Quote from Harold Balls:

You are clearly a mid to low level trader at best. Keep having a closed mind and go through life thinking that there is no better way. That way you wont be disappointed with yourself.

Indeed. I don't go into the Chat much but one time a month or so ago I recall Batterup/BigHog announcing a trade and his 3 pt stop. I was busy annotating and saw a change (an ftt). Batter was on the wrong side. He just sat there and announced when his stop was hit. Spyder commiserated with him and Batter said he'd seen it coming...no worries...all part of his system.

Naturally I feverishly set to work to understand and emulate Batterup's superior method.

Now it's up to you , Jack, to show what you are made off............ [/B][/QUOTE]

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jack doesn't need to prove to anyone what he is made of, trust me some of us alreay know. We appreciate and respect him for that.

Peace to the world!!!

I think Jack is really Baron. He intentionally gets people stirred up in order to generate posts and its working like a charm. He is probably one of the guys on the other side too. Hypo or Trader666 would be my guess.

Quote from ES666YM:

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The apologists come out of the woodwork to say, "Jack isn't seeking money!"
No matter! We are opposed to all foolishness, and especially opposed to non-profit tom-foolery.

Well, no one is asking you to read what Jack writes. There is the ignore button, just learn to use it.
I and many others I know, use the search button to see what Jack has written each day. His sense of humour is second to none.
Long live Jack on ET.

Quote from bighog:

blah blah blah

From USENET in 1998 straight through to posting on ET today, Jack has given away his methods for free. Yet somehow, Batterup reaches the conclusion that Jack must be trying to scam people somehow and fleece them of their money. Hasn't done it in 9 years, but he must be getting ready. Priceless. This from the guy who thinks putting money into a Roth IRA is a "Con Game." Good thing the new folks have you looking out for them Batterup / Bighog.

Quote from Score:

And here are the reasons:

Jack uses the language he does because he is an intellectual coward

If he spoke with any clarity he would be instantly exposed as a charlatan

If he called live trades he would be instantly exposed as a fraud and perennial loser

You dont get it do you. Do you expect uni professors to spoon feed you?

Teaching in metaphor is age old.

Quote from hughb:

People do not call live trades because they fear appearing foolish if the trade doesn't end profitably. They lack the confidence in themselves and their methods that is necessary for real time posting of trades.

You dont get it either. WHY should they post live trades? Are you paying them?

Quote from rhymeswithorang:

see, if you are going to come on here and shoot your mouth off about fantastical claims of profitability, you're going to attract derision unless you can prove it.

You may have noticed that the derision is not universal. Why is that do you think?

Come on, I know you're not stupid. Fearful and angry about something, maybe.

Meanwhile I sit here watching price fill channels I drew ahead of time. Its relaxing.

Quote from rhymeswithorang:

nzbryant must have been an English major

There's no reason to feel ashamed of your academic achievements, orang. Anyone who can draw straight lines and do what the market tells them can make a shed-load of money. They just have to get out of their own way.

It is freakin' hilarious how many cannot but then the majority must be left to place trades mid-channel to nudge price along its traverses.

It will always be this way.
