If you're referring to a completely educated electorate (ie, all members of the population are informed) then no one, of course. But the more informed and educated an electorate is, the better it is for the course of the country. Or is that something you disagree with as well?

I don't disagree. But we don't have one. Nor does anyone else. Hence the silliness of the remark than an informed electorate would vote for anyone who isn't a Democrat simply to avoid Communism.
It isn't about Democrats or Republicans. To believe that it is leads to manipulation by those who know what buttons to push and what buzzwords to use to ignite the sort of rants that are so common.
