BBC wants to ruin your life if you post something they find offensive in their comment section

Taking a page out of the liberal playbook BBC now says they will call your employer or internet service provider and rat you out if you post something they find offensive on their website.

Of course we all know where this is headed, anything negative posted about any of their protected classes and they will rat you out, but there is no amount of depravity posted about white people or Trump or conservatives that will ever warrant them tattling on you.

Nice to see they made it easy for me to simply cross another leftwing rag off the list of sites i would ever go to.

Although just to troll them i may have to go to their site and tell them what a bunch of pussies THEY are since i have no boss or anyone they can rat me out too.

Think i might just create some sort of a dud account down there and list my own phone number as my employers number and see if i berate them enough if i can get one of those cowards to call me so i can give them a piece of my mind. :D

BBC Threatens to Call Your Boss If You Post Comments They Think Are ‘Offensive’

BBC is receiving some pushback from free speech advocates after the broadcaster released the latest version of their privacy policy, which included a warning that “if you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to BBC websites…the BBC may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.”

The section about “offensive or inappropriate content on BBC websites” continued by underlining that a publicly-funded British media corporation “may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your employer, school email/internet provider or law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.”

The warning is actually not a new addition to the BBC’s privacy policy, as identical language is contained in the September 2016 version of the document. But the latest edition got some attention from Twitter users, starting on Wednesday.

BBC announces if you post content on its sites it doesn't like, it will report you to your boss. Yes, seriously.

Heat Street’s Thursday write-up on the BBC policy included a statement from a BBC spokesman.

“As the policy has stated for some time, where we believe that someone has posted something that may breach the law, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities – it’s the responsible thing to do, just like most other organisations’ policies allow them to share information.”

A BBC employee also gave this explanation in a Thursday Twitter post.

It's worse in other countries...they will essentially lock you up or kill you if you insult them o_O

Even American news outlets...they have all removed their comments section.

Yeah southpark did an entire episode mocking either Sweden or Norway, I guess they now have like a dedicated bureau to outing people who make offensive statements on the internet, lol.

Evidently the brits, like the frenchies, need another shelling to wake them from their deluded state of mind. Not to worry, plans are in the works. Enjoy.

Yeah the muslims they are flooding their countries with will slowly but surely bomb the PC out of them, but unfortunately many people will die before they come to their senses and start calling a spade a spade.

That's what happens when fascism masked as nationalism overruns your country trying to keep Britain "pure" and isolated from the EU.

Perhaps this will "offend" them. Probably not.
This is a breaking news update. Check back later for more.

EARLIER STORY: LONDON, May 22 (Reuters) - British police said on Monday they had responded to a serious incident at a venue in the northern English city of Manchester where U.S. singer Ariana Grande had been performing.

"Emergency services responding to serious incident at Manchester Arena," Greater Manchester Police said. "Avoid the area."

Witnesses reported hearing a huge bang at the venue, Sky News said on Monday.
