In September, the Bay is absolutely spectacular! No fog whatsoever and crystall clear Indian Summer views from the Berkeley Hills at 10PM at night . . . 75 degrees.

Thirdly, California has an awesome University system and the Pac-10 is one of the most competitive conferences around. Stanford wins the Sears Cup Trophy every single year for Division 1-A schools, and even CAL-Berkeley ( known for its acadamia ) finished a best ever 9th in the Sears Cup just last year!
Fourth, Ahnald is giving us a $15 billion dollar bond measure to vote on this week. How else does the government reliquefy itself?
