Hi Baruch,

Just started looking at your thread. It’s long, and I have not yet gotten a chance to read every single post in it, so I’ll do my best to follow along from here. Looks very interesting (and for me, very educational).

Kermit

Hi Kermit,

Welcome in the club!

Trading System: Fairly simple combination of tape reading, trend lines (4hr and 20 min), and behavior btw majors and crosses (looking for leading indicator eg. Eur/Gbp breaking support, Gbp/Usd weakening, short Eur/Usd.) Also I use the 3:2:1 system of entry and adding to positions. - Read Phantom of the Pits e-book posted by Waggie, I think.

Ohio Bush or Kerry: Gut says Bush, but in reality flip a coin.

OK - but who's leading the way? Euro or GBP?

P.S. I heard that Ohio can decide the election?

Yes, I know the lady, Mrs. Bunnygirl from Swansea. She trades the Bunnygirl Cross system.

Shorted 3 units Eur/Usd @ 1.1961 because I had it up against trend line resistance and Cable could not break 1.7878. Looking for the cross to break .6680 south. I've already covered one unit at 1.1948 for no reason other than impatience.

OK, but why this impatience?

Great question. Just wasn't happy with the way the pairs were acting. Also covered second unit at 1.1951 as cable broke above 1.7882. Still holding one.

OK. Not much action today. But some Fed speeches later today. Waiting for the German IFO tomorrow (8.30 GMT), which could be rather weak.

Of course oil (and Iraq) will continue to dominate the financial markets.

Baruch,

Nope, not in anymore! These damn SL are screwing me up!

I got in at 54 long and sl of 34 (as you all remember), got knocked out as it hit low around 30, to come up 90 pips since.

Ah, the torment I go through!!!!
