Hey Baruch,
Found this on forextv and wondered if it meant anything. Great journal, hopefully I'll be able to add something relevant now that I'm able to stay awake for the European session. Lots and lots of Java.

CME And Reuters Announce FX Futures Trading Link02:42 EDT 05/24 LONDON, May 24 (MktNews) - The Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (CME) and Reuters PLC have announced an agreement to bring the interbank FX market direct futures trading by offering CME's electronic foreign exchange (eFX) markets to Reuters' global customer base in a spot equivalent format. The companies say the agreement marks the first major linkage of sell side traders in the interbank FX market to CME eFX futures markets, where hedge funds and other major buy side participants play a major role. This will pave the way for "more dynamic and efficient markets." -- London Bureau (+20 7634 1655), ukeditorial@marketnews.com --[TOPICS: M$$FX$]IDFB0A

Hey whog,

Welcome in our thread.

Reuters OK, but I suppose Bloomberg would have been better?

What is your trading strategy?

P.S. Will Ohio vote for Bush or Kerry?

BARUCH.........ONCE AGAIN... THANKS FOR A GREAT THREAD...PERSONALLY I LIKE TO USE A 5MA / 20MA CROSSOVER SYSTEM WITH A 20 PIP FILTER...I NOTICE WE GET VERY SIMILAR SIGNALS... THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR TRADES IS USUALLY THE WAY WE INTERPRET PRICE ACTION.... YOUR COMMENTARY IS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL TO ME TO IMPROVE AND REFINE MY TRADING .. THANKS

Thank you. Nice to hear. So you trade The Bunnygirl Cross?

Trading System: Fairly simple combination of tape reading, trend lines (4hr and 20 min), and behavior btw majors and crosses (looking for leading indicator eg. Eur/Gbp breaking support, Gbp/Usd weakening, short Eur/Usd.) Also I use the 3:2:1 system of entry and adding to positions. - Read Phantom of the Pits e-book posted by Waggie, I think.

Ohio Bush or Kerry: Gut says Bush, but in reality flip a coin.

Hi Baruch,

Just started looking at your thread. It’s long, and I have not yet gotten a chance to read every single post in it, so I’ll do my best to follow along from here. Looks very interesting (and for me, very educational).

Kermit

BARUCH... i do not understand the joke..... what is a bunnygirl cross??? some playboy bunny who became a futures trader???

It's not a joke! There is a trading system named Bunnygirl Cross. I don't know why. The system uses 5 and 20 wma on a 30 min chart with a 20 pips filter.
