No, you are right - only mine. Feeling a little bit lonely. Maybe they were busy shorting Nasdaq? LOL Have you made your first trade?
 
I don't know about others but I'm licking my wounds and indulging in an alcoholic beverage-- losses were not that big but they were losses and I hate f$#king losses.

Chaw- what timeframe are you thinking of trading? i.e. daytrading, several days, or longer term? Can you watch the market for most of the day or do you have other obligations?
 
I wasn't feeling well last night and I just wasn't up for trading, so I didn't really do anything. I followed the charts and made my predictions and I would have done just fine. I'll go through and look for trades today in a few hours, but I already have a list of potentials that I'm going to look into.
 
What a drop in index futures before close! I suppose it's not bullish for the dollar? The high oil prices hurt America more han Europe - we have oil from UK, Norway and Denmark. But it's also hurting Japan very much (they have no oil).
But higher oil prices also means inflation - and higher rates, and that should be bullish for the dollar.
