even if the fed does nothing the interest rates will still rise because bond prices are falling on the CBOT.
also, the stock market is ripe for correction and could selloff dramatically so.

I wish I were, rax. Why did it happen? Can only find something about stop-hunting in the news. But in the last weeks commodity-prices has gone south (because of China), and CAD is a commodity-currency like AUD.

If anybody has any tips at all, in regards to what day i should start or what i should buy or sell for the first time.

PLEASE help me.
I do not want to lose money on my first live trade.

A big day with your first trade. Maybe you lose - who knows? You will get many losers - and winners. Just remember to cut your losses. And DON'T add to them.
Thursday we will get some US eco data, so maybe you should trade this day, if you like that game?

Thursday we will get Jobless Claims and Philadelphia Fed report (about confidence and business activity). Surprises can move the market.
