I have a question: How do we know if a watch seller website is legit?

These guys are selling watches with a 90% discount, when I tried to talk with them on the web, nobody is there, signs aren't good. As far as I know they are selling Chinese knockouts...
Edit: Apparently they belong to the grey area, selling way under MSRP, and without AD warranty.
