I'm not a subscriber, that's why I got and posted the page.

Go out and buy it, get some iced tea, put on the Yankees game and kick back on the couch and read it. You'll know what it means to be a real speculator then!

The China penny stocks are not restricted by fussy regualtions. Jim Rogers tells me thats pure capitalism. China penny stocks have got to be great... all story, marketing, hot air and blue sky. They probably aren't restricted by actually having to create a company the way they may be in the US.
