and attack helicopters aren't being sold by the russian government. you're right. they're being sold by private companies in russia (who have no such restrictions on them). it's a little work around russia has going on. why dont you do some real research instead of CTRL-C, CTRL-V?

That article is from 2005 ,showing that they were selling those weapons under Bush.The other articles are from 2009,showing that they stopped selling them under Obama
