Baron's Journey to Single-Digit Bodyfat

No ketosis or paleo nonsense on my plan. I grew up in southeastern Virginia which is the peanut capital of the world. Peanuts are one of my all-time favorite foods which is why I could never adhere to the paleo protocol.

Peanut Butter is a go to treat for me (the low sugar kind). Might not be paleo but good for Keto due to the fat and protein and fiber make up (again low sugar brands are net 3-4 carbs per 2 tbsp.)

Ok, so here's my starting point guys. It's not pretty but this will at least give you some idea where I'm starting this diet from. And just to recap, this is 177lbs @ 15% bodyfat and I'm 5'9" and 47 years old.

Beyond pretty for your age or even 10 years ago. You are already at a great fitness level you are just choosing to go to a higher level.

I am going to use it as my Tinder pic and see who I can catfish...

This is what my lunches and dinners looked like this weekend. This is 8oz of sockeye salmon with sauteed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and some avocado. I will be alternating the sockeye with whitefish from meal-to-meal to create some variety. The rule of thumb I use is that if the fish is fatty like salmon, I add 1/4th of an avocado. If the fish is lean like tilapia, I add 1/2 of an avocado to keep a good amount of healthy fat in there.
