RE is extremely illiquid, escrow and fees and banking clearing times

So does equities... T+1, and what not

Why choose inferior alternatives?

Bitcoin is your escape from all the fiat-based assets

Just curious, do you get breathless when you post these gospels?

I preach to you because you are clearly not yet born again of the water and spirit of Satoshi Nakamoto

REPENT, you blasphemous SINNER!

Speaking of 2013, that is when the Winklevoss twins plunked $11 million on BTC. Now, 4 years later, those BTCs are "worth" over $1 billion. There is nothing normal, credible or justifiable about this stratospheric rise. At least not from where I'm standing. Sure, I'm pissed off I didn't get in on the ground floor, but those feelings don't justify its current "value."

You obviously did well, and damn good for you. And you may continue to do even better. I'll watch from a distance.

You had 15 years to front-run everyone on wall street... today, those folks are in a frenzy and you're still making jokes on ET
perhaps joke is on you, lol
Basically that sums it up.
Sheeple on Earth get brainwashed to believe from our clueless 'leaders', blind lead the blind.

Yes, of course, but if you want to put your savings into fiat, that's your choice and lose 50% purchasing power within 20 years (or within 10 years recent times)
I'm not one to leave money sitting in a no interest bank account, it's a medium of exchange or it's invested. BTC is liquid enough to be a cash equivalent in my portfolio. I bought high, endured the spiral down and now the moon shot with an avg return of about 13% so far so I'm not complaining.
I need 400k for that Sydney apartment down payment..:vomit: so 13% needs to 5x sooner than later!
