I'm also attentive to virtusa's posts because his predictions are often accurate and I could see from his sparring with whomever that he only means to be helpful. However, much of the guidance is lost because of the way it is presented, often dismissive and without humility or effort to explain the reasoning for a trade position.
I cannot explain more then what I post. The basic secret is that I have an entirely different approach then what I see on ET. I hear or see never anything that approaches the way I trade. If I want to give more information I should give away my approach. And that is something I cannot do. Worked too hard, too long and spent too much money to give everything away.
The main reason why I post sometimes is to proof that the trolls are wrong about me. I got a lot of garbage over me since 2004 so I just want to expose these fake insinuations and disrespectful comments.
You can be accurate but unheard if you limit yourself to 5 words, then spend the next 6 months chiding those who failed to heed your advice. It would be absolutely foolish for any trader to follow a buy/sell advice simply because you said to.
My 2 cents.
I got triggered by some unacceptable comments from Baron, so I decided to go follow up the thread and post during one year already what I saw as signal and how he was wrong for 12 consecutive months. I repeated many times the 23 consecutive losing trades (that are still open but with huge losses). And I demonstrated that I do know something about trading. He many times tries to ridiculize the opponent in an unfair way, trying to make him look like an idiot. Bit with irrelevant arguments. Things like "That's the dumbest post I ever saw" not long ago, not to me but to another ET member.
The way is was treated by some trolls removed all humility that I had as response to their insults and fake insinuations. They were chiding me all the time, so I copied their tactics. O never gave advice what to do. I just mention what my personal opinion was about the situation. It was up to the trader to use it or dismiss it. I never said: you have to do this or that. I said what I would do.
To understand how I experienced my stay on ET, you should read over 10,000 posts that I wrote under at least 6 different aliases. These aliases were never used simultaneously. Twice I got banned and had to make a new alias and the other changes were to shake of the trolls from my back.
Believe me, if you would read all what I had to read, you would see things in another perspective and maybe understand me better. I started as a very helpful person, but the way I was treated changed my behavior on ET. Some of my friends asked me in past to trade for some time an account for them. I refused but I helped them financially by just using part of my profits and not disclosing anything about my trading.
People who threat me like a b*tch, will get a b*tch as opponent.
