If you notice it's just a few troublemakers that are constantly complaining.. .

anything we can do to get rid of them? :p

As I've suggested, several times, why not try enforcing the TOS? We may find that the Ignore feature is unnecessary.
 
I just found this forum way down here at the bottom of the list, and I must say that this place (ET) is way more civil and democratic than it's getting credit for. I for one find the odd tit-for-tat duels more amusing than anything else.
