Nah, no misspokey here.

Issue EliteTrader shares OTC, then start minting the coin. I'll bank the shares, you guys can have the coin. (Just trying to replicate what happens to these companies popping up on the radar after they "go crypto" in some way.)
 
What is the point of having shares? All kind of regulation is involved. We go rouge, we go coins.

(By the way mining is so yesterday, the newest cryptos don't have mining.)

How are the coins getting distributed without the mining? Doesn't the mining create a level of control to keep from over-creation ?
