By the way, I did do a google search for elitetrader.com and Jews. It brought up over 2000 hits. Should a website related to the markets bring up this many hits for that?

You are perhaps not aware of the numerous reasons stated for why it's neccessary to have a separate forum for chit chat (and politics and religion) on a trading website.
It has been discussed previously and can be found in the archives. If you frequent other topic-based forums that have significant activity, you will see those too have separate forums for "off-topic discussions".
Having said that, given the decision has been made and justified numerous times over the years to have these separate forums, it seems contradictory to then censor these forums. Perhaps I am the only one who views it so.
I hope that those who were short-sighted enough to petition the removal of Publisher's threads will soon be seeing the error of their ways.
The deletion of his threads has only served to embolden and encourage him and his kin further, as demonstrated by the continued growth of this thread.
I don't understand why you act surprised that Nazi propaganda is not tolerated on reputable private websites. You'd be hard-pressed to find websites where it is tolerated.
FWIW Publisher is back under a different screen name but at least he'll think twice before polluting this site with a dozen idiotic threads every day.
PS Where do you draw the line, what if someone shows up here tomorrow and starts writing dozens of hateful, racist, anti-black threads every day. Threads dehumanizing African-Americans and equating them to animals, threads justifying slavery and claiming that they did not deserve any better, threads justifying lynching, threads accusing them of all societal problems, threads copied directly from kkk.com. Dozens of threads like that, day after day after day. Or dozens of similarly hateful anti-gay, homophobic threads? Or both? Will you be as tolerant?
I don't think they care. This website does not promote Nazism. This is a little corner inside a website that was made for traders to vent their frustrations instead of polluting the main forum with words that others might find offensive. It says right on the front of the forum before entering here that there are offensive subjects inside. He gives everybody a warning.
And I really don't think the ET sponsors care what people think about other cultures or what people think about their culture. Alot of the businesses that are in the finance industry are Jewish and Muslim and even some blacks. And they are sucessful because they had enough common sense and education behind them to not pay attention to what others are saying or think about them. The sponsors could care less as long as their advertising on Elite trader pays off. If it didnt' pay off then they would cancel their affiliation with ET. I'm sure there are plenty of brokers owned by good Jewish men and woman, Muslim men and woman, black men and woman. And they don't care what you think or anybody thinks as long as Elite trader is making money them money.
LOL. WHO CARES!! That just shows that the webmaster really knows how to run a website business and knows how to work those search engines to his benefit. Elite trader webmaster has good search engine optimization skills. LOL.

I noticed the only poeple who are responding to this thread are not regular contributors to the real section of this trading forum. They like hanging out in his sleezy little dark corner that was made especially for them. The real ELITE of Elite Trader are outside of this forum posting comments about trading and the markets and not worrying about skin, color, race, religion and weather somebody likes them or not. They are worrying about their money instead.

This is a forum to discuss politics and religion. That includes discussing Iran, Israel, USA, Muslims, Jews, Christians etc. Making occasionally very unpleasant comments about either of these groups in the context of a discussion is certainly permitted. But this is not a license to hijack this forum and promote a racist anti-whatever agenda or wage an anti-whatever campaign.Moreover hijacking this thread to promote a pro-whatever agenda should also be bannable. If someone starts writing an absurd number of threads promoting, Israel, Paganism, Islam or world-peace that should be considered trolling and the person should also be banned.
This is my position on this issue, Baron's view may certainly vary.
