Here's a couple questions to ask...1) What would happen in another country,,,,,say...Iran....if they asked all the muslim women there to remove their cloths and stand on line to be shot in the back of the head????? also....interesting piece tonight on Anderson Cooper...its called God , Faith and Science......again....they attack Christianity, and say that they are wrong YET....the book from the bible they attack is ....GENESIS..........anyone else seeing the big picture here? Its' called being afraid to mess with the jewish people in America...Hey...God bless them because Jesus was a Jew...but geeze....What wimps the networks are and what bigger wimps Christians are for allowing this.

i dunno mate... its not about un-PC, actually to me PC is a total bore, stiffles discussion... and agree with jem that it is important to listen to far out stuff as well, otherwise we too would be in denial to an extent...
guess my point is 2-fold:
1. even if there is a P&R "let some steam out" space to kill some time between trades / research, this is still meant to be a traders' forum... i guess thats also what the sponsors / advertisers want to believe
2. in the P&R section, say s.o. goes with sthg like: "black criminality outta control in US cities" or "jewish lobby in DC dictates US policy towards Iran" or the like, and with at least a teeny bit of flesh around those bones, then ok, let's talk about it.
But if a poster is simply spewing thinly veiled hatred speech, why would anyone want to entertain that on ET???
dude, microsoft wld prob be the most responsive to that sort of stuff... i don't use my hotmail acct for ET therefore cldn't give a toss but just for info, my spam filter is turned off, its been more than a year, and i'm getting NO spam on hotmail, while i am now receiving some on Bloomberg... go figure
also, who said "threaten"?? you just inform involved parties of the measures you have to take if no cooperation... i don't think closing the door is over-aggressive, or is it to you???
I agree 100% W\2CENTS......BUT iM AT LEAST WILLING TO ADMIT THAT WHEN IT COMES TO 'jEWISH TOPICS".....Everybody gets a lot more sensitive.....why is that???? the Jewish population comprises less then 5% of the USA....yet they control a whole hell of a lot of the PC crowd....amazing how that Jewish Brother Michael Richards was basically exonerated for his NIGGER!!!!! tirade on tape and in front of a live audience......but Rush Limbaugh could not survive " in your rush to push a black QB to prominence" spiel......this is really amazing isn't it?????
agree of course... could be because of that land grab, ya know, somewhere by the sea in the middle-east... there are a few guys who aren't amused, and understandably so... at the same time there's continuing talk of wiping out the jews from the region... not exactly heartening either... and its not like the western religious authorities are doing much to appease muslim feelings either... anyway, i don't need to get dragged into this... this thread is not in "feedback" any more... am outta here ;-)

as for me....I wonder about the 'land grab" ...what I always ask when the dust has settled is this: "Will you acknowledge Israel's right to exist????" ...If not, why have all these peace talks??? Kind of a waste don't ya think????
