Hey Boss,

Had a thought…, any chance of adding a page / section containing

Holidays (current year dates)
Mkt trading times (majors worldwide)
Daily Mkt readouts (open/ close) (majors across the world)
FMOC dates / times
Expiry dates
Rollover dates
Bonds / Futures / Commodities - times / open / close
Etc (whatever deemed worthy by the members / yourself)

Granted this information is available.., but not as a one stop shopping (at least that I’ve found)

I'm sure that's something we can make available. If I provide the functionality, then we would all collectively need to keep it updated on an ongoing basis.
 
baron, I day trade so I'm looking at the market all day.Maybe an idea , I have some of this stuff. How can I put it together in one spot, not just the links.? Maybe I can find the other stuff.

RN's idea is a good one, but I suggest that it be made into some sort of toolbar for the home page rather than a set of threads. The latter would quickly turn into dozens, then hundreds, of posts, all of which but the most recent would be moot.

Perhaps such a tool bar could be left open so that anyone could go in and update the info. Worth a try?
 
I think a PHP coded calender would be good with all the info entered into a database. Lots of work at first but once it's running it should be useful.

The EliteTrader Calendar could have it's own link.

Another thought.

Would it be possible to personalize the front page to only show titles from forum threads we are interested in? Bad idea? Good idea?
