On RCP,which is an aggregate of polls,Obama was at 50 and Trump is at 39.9

Obama has been above 50 many times after 2009 on RCP,Gallup,538, and others.Obama's final poll numbers on RCP was 57 and 58 on Gallup,17 points higher than Trump is now.

Hussein was never at 50 or above after 2009.

Those are yearly averages you are referring to.You might want to specify Obamas yearly average never went above 50 %,that doesn't mean it wasn't above 50 during the year.Trumps first year average is in the 30's Obamas 1st year average was 56.5
