Barack

You just made a generalization.

No, you are also an idiot. That is specific.

"ALL Leftism (Socialism, Communism, Progressive-ism, Marxism, Nazism... and unfortunately the DemoCrap party in the USA) benefits mostly (only?) the ruling classes. That's what Leftism is "all about".... and their trademark characteristic."

Eh, the electoral college was more instituted because the founders were adverse to political parties and campaign logistics. They wanted a system of deliberation not direct election because they felt each state would vote for a resident of their state and no one candidate would garner a popular vote sufficient to claim a majority. Also, in practicality would have taken years in those days to properly campaign in each state. So they decided to have states choose electors and those electors to choose a president based on merit. It was based on the centurial assembly of the old Roman republic. It’s a defunct system now.
The Electoral College is a check and balance just like having 2 senators per state is a check and balance. The Electoral College serves us well and is important to The Republic to keep one state from deciding elections and policy. This is not a democracy , it is a republic. The founders saw that and implemented the Electoral College and Senate thusly.

You just generalized about people generalizing you imbecile. BTW, why did you change your avatar from that goofy picture?

;) I preferred Donald Duck to Goofy.

The New Jersey Plan and the electoral college were instituted for two different reasons. I think you’re confusing them.

Republican head of state is often associated with negative words such as 'liar' and 'a***hole', survey of US voters says

“Idiot” is the first word that springs to people’s minds when they think about Donald Trump, a new poll has revealed.

The Quinnipiac University Poll, a survey centre based at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, surveyed adults across the US and found 53 voters first thought of the word “idiot” when describing the President.

Meanwhile 44 voters described Mr Trump as a “liar” and 36 said he was “incompetent”.

Interesting that I never saw a poll concerning this with regard to Obama. Hmmmm

New York Times: “After we published a list of President Trump’s lies this summer, we heard a common response from his supporters. They said, in effect: Yes, but if you made a similar list for previous presidents, it would be just as bad.”

“We’ve set out to make that list… We applied the same conservative standard to Obama and Trump, counting only demonstrably and substantially false statements. The result: Trump is unlike any other modern president. He seems virtually indifferent to reality, often saying whatever helps him make the case he’s trying to make.”

Here we have a Libprog admitting that Obama told lies. We all knew that already.

I personally don't think the New York Slimes would report things like this properly--I don't find Trump to be a liar. However, the Morlibon who posted this chart has stipulated that Obama lied numerous times and really doesn't care.

Unless you are a psychiatrist I imagine it is difficult to get into the head of a clinical narcissist.
I have spoken to 4 clinical psychiatrist friends, one of them is also an academic and is the head of the university's dept. What they have told me in all 4 cases, is that Trump is not in any way a narcissist. This is because he actually cares about the people whom his policies are affecting. Their opinion is just that he uses a lot of bluster. --What all 4 did say though was that the person who fit the profile of narcissism was Barack Obama as he is all about himself and doesn't care about others and how his actions affect them.
