Just move Rosenstein out and 95% of the problems will clear up or start to clear up.. Even though Mueller is there and probably should not be removed- but only for political reasons- Mueller can be counterbalanced if you had a special prosecutor for Camp FBI and another one for Camp Clinton. Right now you have a clown running around DC with an unlimited hunting license getting ready to dump a garbage truck full of stuff that he thinks will get Trump impeached if the dems win in the fall, and he wants history to show his role in it because he knows that he cannot take trump down in court so that is his alternate way of trying to find glory. All of that scenario falls apart if history shows piles of crimes and convictions over in the FBI and Camp Clinton. Suddenly the lefties will want all this end. Rosenstein is the one standing in the way of everything. Sessions works for him. And Mueller works for him. Take him down. Do the deed. Mueller will still be there so there so even though all the lefties will cry ostruction, how so? Sessions is still there, and Mueller is still there.
Having said all that, I will say again what I said about McCabe. Timing is everything. And as much as I wanted to see him shit canned immediately, objectively speaking, I knew it was better to let the IG create a basis for hanging him. And now- even though it still drives me nuts to be patient- I say the same thing about Rosenstein. Next month is a better time to fire him than this month. That is just a simple fact. The IG is probably going to ding him personally or diss areas under his control and if he does- then bam!- move him out and let the lefties struggle with the fact that even the IG found wrongdoing- rather than just a Trump vendetta which they want to argue.
Give it another month to six weeks. Then do the deed. Move him out. Then use the IG's report as a basis for making Huber an independent counsel or something like that. Rosenstein would be gone so he cant stop it or things like it. Then replace Rosenstein with Chris Christie so that he can make Sessions life miserable and will be ready to take over. And if Christie replaces Rosenstein, then who does Mueller report to then? giggle.

A complicating factor for the government is that - in addition to being his attorney- Cohen is also an officer of the Trump Organization and is authorized in a general way to take care of all sorts of business for Trump without a specific authorization as his attorney. The source of the money is the critical factor and I have not followed it closely enough to see where it has been determined that it was campaign funds.
The media likes to cobble together a case that communicating with russians is a crime. It is not. They need to prove more than that. Similarly, the media presents this stormy daniels thing as though if it can be proven that she received a payment, then they have bagged trump. No. It is not illegal to pay hush money...ie. payment for a non-disclosure agreement..if you are not paying someone to cover up a crime. It may be unsavory, but it is not illegal. If the campaign funds were used, then that is a problem, but that is what must be proven.
Mueller knows that he is taking heat now for going beyond his mandate. He is dealing with that by generating stuff on Trump and then passing it to the U.S. Attorneys to have them work on it. That way he gets to witch hunt, and the lefties- as we have seen here- jump up and say that Mueller is doing the right thing by passing it to someone else. Then he goes out to get some dirt somewhere. Basic Banana Republic freelancing stuff. The goal is just to find stuff on Trump now. Russian, non-Russian, whatever makes for impeachment.

Unnamed sources told the Chicago Tribune they are worried President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, might have recorded his conversations with the president and that federal prosecutors now have them.
At the apparent request of special counsel Robert Mueller, the FBI raided Cohen’s office, home, and hotel room this week. Numerous reports based on leaks from Mueller’s office indicate that the special counsel is now looking into Trump’s personal sex life. The warrant was specifically written to grab any and all information about a porn star and Playboy bunny who allege to have engaged in consensual affairs with Trump a dozen years ago.
We have also been told that the warrant included communications between attorney and client — Cohen and Trump.
Now the question is whether Cohen recorded any of his conversations with Trump.
“We heard he had some proclivity to make tapes,” said a Trump adviser, who spoke anonymously to the Chicago Tribune. “Now we are wondering, who did he tape? Did he store those someplace where they were actually seized? . . . Did they find his recordings?”
The Tribune also reported that Cohen “was known to store the conversations using digital files and then replay them for colleagues, according to people who have interacted with him.”
Cohen refused to comment on the story.
If Trump was recorded, it was almost certainly without his knowledge. In all of his dealings — business, legal, and otherwise — he does not even use email.

Federal investigators have wiretapped the phone lines of Michael Cohen, the longtime personal lawyer for President Donald Trump who is under investigation for a payment he made to an adult film star who alleged she had an affair with Trump, according to two people with knowledge of the legal proceedings involving Cohen.
It is not clear how long the wiretap has been authorized, but NBC News has learned it was in place in the weeks leading up to the raids on Cohen's offices, hotel room, and home in early April, according to one person with direct knowledge.
At least one phone call between a phone line associated with Cohen and the White House was intercepted, the person said.
Previously, federal prosecutors in New York have said in court filings that they have conducted covert searches on multiple e-mail accounts maintained by Cohen.

The way Trump is being persecuted by the establishment reminds me of people who go against the government in places like Venezuela or Iran. Truly scary stuff. I really hope Trump wins - we have already seen how the establishment is willing to plant evidence (dossier) to get all sorts of spying going.
