Bankrupt Hertz Stock Soars 100% On Relentess Flood Of Retail Daytraders

Just filling up with fuel , a not working machine and with stupid driver/passengers.

Carl must know better than RH pro boys. Probably CEO will spend it on another super golf club membership (lifetime).

When I saw the activity on Friday in regards to HTZ, I was wondering if a chapter 11 bankruptcy can be cancelled...from my understanding, it takes lawyers, fees, time and preparation and failed talks with creditors to initiate chapter 11. Once initiated, it can't simply be cancelled. They get certain right and protections issued from a judge and it triggers a whole process that has to be followed. That doesn't mean HTZ equity can't be tradeable, but it will be deilsted and sent to OTC, a big negative. Reminds me of AAL when it filed for chapter 11 and the equity dropped to .50c and then traded all the way up to $11+ before coming out of bankruptcy protection. The catch though, that took years.
