I think you are subtracting the height of the triangle from the base of triangle. I am subtracting the height from the apex where price came out of.

No I use pnf for price targets. To be perfectly honest the first target came out to 25 with a secondary target at 19, but the primary target was so close to yours I didn't want to post it.
 
in a bear market p/e ratios are lowei see sub tens for companies doing well-7/6's for shaky business'es-sell at the top which was a few weeks ago :)
