"BANG" Option Trading...taking $1,000.00 to $100,000

Quote from alexandercho:

What in the hell are you doing with optionsXpress???

Don't go their if you want to earn money from trading. The commissions are the most expensive in the industry.

If you want to earn cash trade using optionshouse or don't trade at all.

The cost of commissions really add up with optionsXpress. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

You can call and have them change the options commission rate to $9.95 and .75 per contract. Better than the usually advertised price.

do you mainly trade certain options?...AAPL etc?great stuff!!!
I used to do some Credit Spreads on GOOG with about a week or two before exp.
Has a good potential, but you really have to watch it. Not something you just put on "Auto Pilot".

What a worthless thread. Your intent was to start with $1,000, not to allocate $1,000 to multiple positions.

Quote from increasenow:

spreads take so much cash to make any real profit...if you had $500k could make good monthly money trading NDX spreads..

I am referring to a bull call spread (assuming you have a bullish outlook)
Say the stock is at 80, you buy an 80 call and sell a 90. The premium collected on the 90 offsets the purchase of the 80.

Maybe you could explain what "Bang Options trading" is?

"BANG" Option Trading...taking $1,000.00 to $100,000

Kind of sketchy details other than what your profits are going to be..........

:)

You don't know about "BANG" Option Trading? It's pretty simple really.

Step 1 - Buy options

Step 2 - "BANG" collect profits.

It was worthless when he mentioned the $1,000 SIMULATION deposit..
