That chart is BS.
Bushs last budget (2009)had spending at 3.1 trillion,the highest its been under Obama is 3.8 trillion.( 2009 is bushs last budget and lists spending at 3.5 trillion but Obamas stimulus added 250 billion and tarp added 150 billion so I took those out)
Clinton's last budget (2001)had spending spending at 1.9 trillion,Bush increased it to 3.1 trillion
Obama has increased spending 700 billion ,Bush increased spending 1.2 trillion
Bush increased spending much more then Obama overall and even higher on a % basis

Especially if you are an Obama supporter. Winding down the wars and still doubling the spending is a real accomplishment by Obama.
That's what we get for electing an anti-economy, anti-business community organizer.
Plus we have the Fed pumping in $85 billion a month into the economy just to try and keep us afloat during the worst presidency in America's history.

LOL. Obama raised spending astonomical levels and has kept it there while doing absolutely nothing to grow the economy.
